By accessing or using propstreaklab.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site. The Site is operated by an individual (a sole proprietor); “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to that operator.
The Site is an informational and entertainment tool that analyzes public NFL, NBA, NHL and MLB statistics and presents model estimates. It is not betting advice, not financial or investment advice, and not a recommendation to place any wager or trade. We are not a sportsbook or exchange: we do not accept bets, hold funds, or facilitate any wager or transaction.
We also run an affiliate program: people we have approved who share the Site with their own link (it ends in ?ref= and a short code) may be paid by us for new visitors they send. Affiliates are independent; their posts are their own and must say they are paid. Nothing you do costs you anything, and affiliates have no influence on the model.
The Site links to and displays data from third parties (including Polymarket, and public sources such as nflverse and ESPN). We don't control those services, aren't responsible for their content, availability, prices, or accuracy, and their own terms and policies apply when you interact with them.
No affiliation. Prop Streak Lab is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the NFL, NBA, NHL, MLB, any team or player, Polymarket or Kalshi. League, team, player and exchange names are used only to identify the games, players and prices the Site describes, and they belong to their owners.
The Site's design, text, branding, and original model outputs are owned by the operator. Underlying statistics and market data belong to their respective providers. You may view and share links to the Site, but you may not copy, republish, or commercially exploit its content without permission.
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any losses arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Site or its content — including any betting, trading, or financial decisions. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operator from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Maryland will have jurisdiction over any dispute, to the extent permitted by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date above will change accordingly. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
