The short version: Prop Streak Lab has no accounts and no logins. We don't sell your data, run ads, or build advertising profiles. Almost everything the site remembers stays inside your own browser, where we can't read it. The only information that ever reaches us is a message you deliberately email us.
Prop Streak Lab (propstreaklab.com) is an independent sports-data project operated by an individual (a sole proprietor). You can reach us at info@propstreaklab.com. This policy explains what happens to information when you use the site.
The daily picks email. If you sign up on the home page, we receive your email address. It's stored by our email service, Buttondown, and used only to send you the daily picks email (and a link to confirm your sign-up). We don't sell or share it. Every email has an unsubscribe link; unsubscribing, or emailing us, removes you from the list.
Apart from that email sign-up, the site has no data-collecting forms. The other exception is the “Suggest a feature” box. When you use it, the site opens your own email app with a draft addressed to us — nothing is sent automatically. If you choose to send that email, we receive your email address and your message, and we keep it only as long as needed to read and respond. The player search, line inputs, parlay builder and other controls run entirely in your browser and are never transmitted to us.
If you drop or paste a screenshot into the bet-slip reader, the image is processed locally in your browser (using an on-device text-recognition library). The image is never uploaded to us or to anyone else, and we never see it.
To make the site usable, we save small pieces of information in your browser's local storage — for example your watchlist, comparison list, recent inputs, whether you chose the Simple or Pro view, and whether you've dismissed the privacy notice. This data stays on your device and is not a cookie. The only parts sent anywhere are a daily count of the pages you've opened (just the number, such as "page view 3") and, once a day, whether you've visited before ("new" or "returning") and, if so, roughly how many different days you've visited (as a range such as "3-4" or "10+"), which our analytics uses to count page views and new and returning visitors without identifying you. When you choose or switch between the Simple and Pro views, it receives just which one, to count how many people use each. If you arrive through an affiliate's link (one ending in ?ref= and a code), our analytics also receives that code, whether this is your first visit once you've had the site open for 20 seconds, so we can pay the affiliate, and how long the site stayed on your screen during that visit (as marks such as "10 seconds" or "1 minute"), so we can see how long affiliate visitors stay; to count that time across pages, the code is kept in your browser's session storage until you close the tab. Nothing that identifies you is sent. You can clear it any time from your browser settings. See our Cookies Policy for details.
We use GoatCounter, a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics tool, to understand roughly how many people visit and which pages are popular. It does not set cookies, does not track you across other websites, and does not build a personal profile. It records aggregate information such as page views, the referring site, a rough country, browser type, roughly how long a page was open (as a range, such as "1–3 minutes"), and which kinds of outside links are clicked (for example our links to Polymarket and Kalshi), with nothing that identifies you. See GoatCounter's privacy note.
Because parts of the site load content directly in your browser, a few third parties may receive your IP address (as any website visit involves). We don't control their processing; each has its own policy. (The site's fonts are self-hosted, so no external font provider is contacted.)
We use the email you send only to handle your request, and aggregate analytics only to understand and improve the site. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Ad measurement: on the ad landing page you can accept or decline Google Ads measurement, and change your choice at any time with the "Ad measurement choice" link at the bottom of that page. We don't sell your personal information. If you accepted, Google's processing for ad measurement may count as "sharing" under California law; to opt out, choose No thanks (or clear the site's data in your browser).
Because we collect so little, there is usually nothing on our side to access or delete beyond your email address (if you signed up for the daily email) or an email you've sent us. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information (for example under the GDPR or CCPA/CPRA). To make a request, email info@propstreaklab.com. You can clear all locally-stored data yourself through your browser settings at any time.
The site is general-audience and informational. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
The site is hosted in the United States. By using it, you understand that information involved in your visit is processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate.
We may update this policy from time to time; the “Last updated” date above will change accordingly. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
